Our History

1998 MSi is founded by Chris Abarbanel to address a gap in technology infrastructure analysis and real-time reporting.
2001 MSi stays true to its core competency and grows into a major player in the development of leading edge business intelligence and data analysis solutions.
2004 With it's experience in Network and Application analytics, MSi develops call center management software solutions. MSi business expands yet again.
2008 Chris Abarbanel founder and President of MSI welcomes the addition of Lawson Hunter, former Bell Canada executive, to the Board of Directors.
2009 MSi creates a business unit dedicated to the public sector. This unit primarily focuses on consulting services and people augmentation services.
2011 MSi launches smarter commerce consulting. Increasing the value companies generate for their customers and partners in a rapidly changing digital world.
2012 MSi launches a support centre serving multiple clients in multiple industries. The support centre operates locally and offers bilingual inbound and outbound services.
2015 MSi celebrates and congratulates employee number 500.
2017 MSi expands its Strategic Staffing Services to Vancouver and Toronto establishing relationships with major clients including (but not limited to) Best Buy, Loblaws and Metrolinx.
2018 On its 20th anniversary MSi welcomes its 750th employee. MSi expands its services to clients in Canada's eastern provinces as well as Manitoba.
2019 MSi adds a Described Video Team working with Canadian Broadcasters on meeting Consultation CRTC 2019-67 designed to improve the accessibility of the broadcasting system for persons with disabilities.
